基于PLC的智能割草机器人控制系统

Control System of Intelligent Mowing Robot Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 通过对目前割草机市场和智能割草机器人控制系统的分析,结合传感器检测技术、直流电机驱动技术、PLC控制技术、GPS定位技术以及触摸屏人机交互技术,设计了一套智能割草机器人控制系统,其具有运行稳定、安全可靠和响应快等性能。同时,该智能割草机器人的定位精度误差减小,割草工作效率大大提高,而智能化程度也大幅提高。

     

    Abstract: Based on analysis of current market of mower and control system of intelligent mowing robot,a set of intelligent mowing robot control system was designed,which combined sensor detection technology,DC motor drive technology,PLC control technology,GPS positioning technology and touch screen human-computer interaction technology.It had characteristics of stable operation,safety and reliability,fast response,and greatly improves the efficiency of mowing.At the same time,positioning accuracy error of intelligent mowing robot was reduced,mowing efficiency was greatly improved,and degree of intelligence was also greatly improved.
