Development of Virtual Simulation Training System for Green Chinese Onion Combine Harvester

  • 摘要: 在虚拟现实技术的支持下,通过SolidWorks和3ds Max软件实现了模型的构建、优化和渲染,使用虚拟现实软件Unity 3D完成了大葱联合收获机虚拟仿真培训系统功能开发。该虚拟仿真培训系统具有良好的人机交互界面,操作简单实用,可以实现第一人称三维场景漫游、装配拆卸过程的交互仿真和模拟作业操作等功能,系统同时具有一定的用户和农机管理功能。系统可以真正让受训者沉浸其中,对提升培训效果、提高对农机农艺融合的认知程度有重要推动作用,具有一定的推广使用价值。

     

    Abstract: With support of virtual reality technology,SolidWorks and 3ds Max was used to build and optimize rendering of models,and functional development of virtual simulation training system of green Chinese onion combine harvester was completed by using virtual reality software Unity 3D.The virtual simulation training system had a good human-machine interaction interface,and was simple and practical for operation,could realize first person 3D scene roaming,interactive simulation of assembly and disassembly process,operation simulation,and has certain user and agricultural machinery management functions.This system could really immerse trainees,and play an important role in promoting training effect and increasing cognitive level of integration of agricultural machinery and techniques,and has a certain function of popularization and use.
