Abstract: In order to improve survival rate of test tube seedlings under cultivation of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murray seed tissue，test tube seedling transplanted in Golmud district of Qinghai province was research object，growth process and seedling technology under tissue culture were systematically analyzed，and growth characteristics and cultivation techniques of test tube seedlings were analyzed.In order to provide an effective theoretical reference for transplantation and seedling raising techniques of test-tube seedlings of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murray on the basis of genetic breeding of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murray.
