Abstract: China's economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high quality development.Development of agricultural economy has become an important engine to promote high quality economic development.Shaanxi province is located in the western China.It is the node area of the Belt and Road strategy construction and the highland of China's opening to the west.Strengthening agricultural cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road was conducive to achieving the goal of high quality connotative economic development in Shaanxi.Firstly，relationship between the Belt and Road and high quality growth of Shaanxi's agricultural economy was explained；secondly， main problems of Shaanxi's agricultural economic growth under the Belt and Road were studied；thirdly， influential factors of Shaanxi's agricultural economy's high quality growth under the Belt and Road were analyzed；finally，the countermeasures of high quality growth of Shaanxi agricultural economy under the Belt and Road were put forward.
