Abstract: At present，moderate scale operation of land was vigorously promoted，intensive，large-scale and mechanized level of agricultural production had been significantly improved，the equipment structure had been continuously optimized，and the cooperation situation had been rising in Shandong.Focusing on how to better promote large-scale agricultural production in Shandong，a survey in some farmers′ professional cooperatives in Shandong was conducted.It was found that there were some problems in the regional level of mechanization development，such as imbalance，insufficient supply，insufficient supply of professional talents，and poor agricultural development environment.Through in-depth analysis of current situation and problems of large-scale agricultural production in Shandong province，some specific suggestions from aspects of promoting mechanization of weak links and weak industries，optimizing development environment of large-scale operation organizations，and standardizing internal governance of large-scale operation organizations were put forward，so as to promote large-scale agricultural production in Shandong province.
