Abstract: With development of facility agriculture，effect of continuous cropping obstacles on crop yield and quality is becoming more and more serious，especially for organic matrix which is easy to get and rich in resources and has almost zero pollution to environment.Research status，application scope，advantages and limitations of conventional method of steam disinfection，chemical disinfection and solar disinfection were analyzed and summarized.According to characteristics and application of ozone disinfection，method of disinfection of organic matrix was proposed and equipment of organic matrix ozone disinfection was designed，that could provide theoretical and technical support for innovation of disinfection equipment and technological process of organic matrix disinfection in facility agriculture.
