Abstract: According to actual situation of open sharing and management of modern agricultural equipment laboratory of College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Qingdao Agricultural University，laboratory open mechanism and large-scale instrument and equipment sharing mechanism were established around quality of personnel training and mode of talent training.To cultivate students' practical ability and innovative spirit，instruments and equipment were fully shared，the use of experimental sites and equipment resources was maximized，and sustainable development of modern agricultural equipment laboratories was better promoted.Open management mechanism of modern agricultural equipment laboratories was analyzed，open mechanism and management mode of the laboratory was also discussed.
