Abstract: Cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents needs to fully cooperate with platform resources at all levels，cooperate with innovation teams and enterprise elite backbones，and participate in scientific research projects of innovation center and enterprise R & D projects.Based on the three helix theory of university-industry-government and Haken's synergism as theoretical basis of synergetic training mechanism，operation mode and training mechanism of synergetic training of excellent agricultural and forestry talents were introduced in detail in combination with training practice of Hunan Agricultural University.
