电磁直线振动式谷子精少量排种装置设计与试验

Design and Test of Electromagnetic Linear Vibration Millet Essence Small Amount Seeding Device

  • 摘要: 针对谷子播种难、间苗工作量大等问题,根据谷子免间苗精少量播种的农艺要求,研制了一种电磁直线振动式谷子精少量排种装置。按照国家标准对排种装置进行了排量稳定性和排种均匀性试验。结果表明:振幅为0.06~0.22 mm、排种槽截面形状为矩形(8 mm×3 mm)时,排量稳定性最好,其变异系数均<2.6%;在排种槽截面为矩形,作业速度分别为0.8、1.0和1.2 m/s,相应振幅分别为0.10、0.12和0.14 mm条件下,得到每100 mm区段内种子的平均粒数分别为7.6、7.0和7.2粒,排种均匀性变异系数均≤22.75%。该排种装置试验指标值均满足国家谷物播种标准的要求,可用于谷子等小籽粒谷物的精少量播种。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems of difficult seeding and heavy workload of seedling thinning of millet,according to agronomic requirement of small amount of seeding without seedling thinning of millet,an electromagnetic linear vibration type of small amount of seeding device of millet sperm was developed.According to national standard,displacement stability and uniformity of seed metering device were tested.Results showed that displacement stability was the best when amplitude was 0.06~0.22 mm and cross-section shape of seeding trough was rectangular(8 mm×3 mm),and coefficient of variation was less than 2.6%.When cross-section of seeding trough was rectangular,operating speed were 0.8,1.0 and 1.2 m/s,corresponding amplitudes were 0.10,0.12 and 0.14 mm,respectively,average number of seeds in 100 mm section was 7.6,7.0 and 7.2,respectively,and variation coefficient of uniformity was less than 22.75%.Experimental index values of metering device could meet requirements of national grain sowing standards,so could be used for small grain sowing such as millet.
