手工采摘枸杞的人体工学评价

Ergonomic Evaluation of Picking Chinese Wolfberry by Hand

  • 摘要: 为探究各种作业姿势下采摘人员患肌肉骨骼疾病的风险,利用人因工程软件JACK对枸杞人工采摘作业进行仿真,并对其进行人体工学评价。结果表明,弯腰和下蹲是造成肌肉骨骼疾病的高风险作业姿势,应在日常作业中尽量避免。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore risk of musculoskeletal diseases for pickers in various working postures,human factors engineering software JACK was used to simulate manual picking of Chinese wolfberry and perform ergonomic evaluation.Results showed that bending and squatting work were high-risk working postures that caused musculoskeletal diseases,and should be avoided in daily work as much as possible.
