Abstract: Current situations of China's aquatic products production，consumption，import and export，price，supply and demand balance were summarized.And It was considered that China's aquatic product production was in a high-quality development transition period，facing problems of serious damage to ecological environment of waters，trade protectionism restricted exports，development of aquatic products processing limited，and backward detection methods and industrialization，etc.Consumption situation of aquatic products was generally on the rise，consumption structure was gradually shifting to the high-end trend of quality and health，and consumption of aquatic products in urban and rural areas was increasing year by year.In view of problems existing in current production and consumption of aquatic products，suggestion were put forward to accelerate transformation and upgrade fishery industry，enhance competitiveness of aquatic product processing enterprises，and cultivate domestic consumer markets.
