梳脱式钙果采收试验台设计与优化

摘要: 针对目前钙果在梳脱过程中出现随机不定向脱落的问题,设计了梳脱式钙果采收试验台,并以电机转速、梳齿弯曲角度、梳齿排布弧度直径和梳齿材质为影响因素,采收率为评价指标进行试验研究。结果表明,梳脱式钙果采收试验台采收率随电机转速增大和梳齿材质本身弹性系数和摩擦系数的增大而逐渐降低,随梳齿弯曲角度和梳齿排布弧度直径的增大而逐渐升高。电机转速、梳齿弯曲角度和梳齿排布弧度直径对采收率影响的优先级依次为梳齿弯曲角度、梳齿排布弧度和电机转速。根据试验结果分析,综合考虑实际采摘效率,选择最优梳脱参数为转速25 r/min、梳齿弯曲角度120°和梳齿按直径为900 mm的弧度进行排布时,试验台采收率为95.03%。试验结果可为钙果机械化采收相关研究提供参考。Abstract: In order to solve problem of random and non-directional shedding of Cerasus humilis in carding process,a comb-type Cerasus humilis harvesting test bench was designed,and motor speed,bending angle of comb tooth,diameter of comb tooth arrangement radian and material of comb tooth were taken as influencing factors,collection rate were taken as evaluation indexes for experimental study.Test results showed that collection rate of comb-type Cerasus humilis harvesting test bench decreased with increase of motor speed and increase of elasticity and friction coefficient of comb tooth itself,and increased with increase of bending angle of comb tooth and diameter of comb tooth arrangement radian.Priority of influence of motor speed,bending angle of comb tooth,and diameter of comb tooth arrangement radian on collection rate was bending angle of comb tooth,diameter of comb tooth arrangement radian and motor speed.According to analysis of test results and problem of actual collection efficiency,optimal comb parameters were selected as:motor speed 25 r/min,comb tooth bending angle 120°,comb tooth were arranged according to radian diameter of 900 mm,collection rate of test bench was 95.03% under optimal comb parameters.This experimental study could provide data reference for research process of mechanized harvesting of Cerasus humilis.
