Abstract: Since 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，in accordance with arrangements of Party Central Committee and State Council，various localities actively guided and supported development of family farms，and solid results had been achieved.Norway showed a high degree of scale and intensification in development of family farms，which was closely related to a series of policies and measures formulated by Norwegian government.Management structure，planting model，sustainable development concept and sales channels of Norwegian family farms were introduced by taking Solbergs Gartneri AS farm as an example，development experience of Norwegian farms was summarized，and suggestions for development of family farms in China were put forward accordingly to provide reference ideas for promoting rapid development of family farms in China and achieving high-quality development of rural economy in new era.
