农业院校专业学位研究生培养模式的探讨——以新疆农业大学“机械”类专硕为例

Discussion on the Training Mode of Professional Degree Masters in Agricultural Colleges： Taking Xinjiang Agricultural University Master in Mechanical Field as an Example

摘要: 专业学位硕士研究生培养以专业实践为导向，以培养具有良好职业素养的高层次应用型人才为目标，是今后国家研究生教育的重点。该文以新疆农业大学为例，阐述了“机械”类（原机械工程领域）专业学位硕士研究生培养的目标与方向，总结了该学位点培养平台的现状，分析了目前该学位点在培养过程中存在的问题，并针对问题提出了一些建议，为地方农业院校专业学位研究生培养模式的探索提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Training of professional master′s degree is guided by professional practice and aims to cultivate high-level applied talents with good professional qualities.It is the focus of postgraduate education in China in the future.Xinjiang Agricultural University was taken as an example，the goal and direction of master′s degree training in mechanical engineering field were expounded.Current situation of degree training platform was summarized，and some problems existing in current training process were analyzed.Some suggestions for problems were put forward，and reference was provided for exploration of professional degree training model of local agricultural colleges.
