Finite Element Analysis of Frame for 4SZ-1 Wild Jujube Harvester

  • 摘要: 为了解4SZ-1型酸枣采收机正常工作时机架的力学特性,保证其生命周期内的稳定工作和作业质量,对机具机架展开有限元分析。以ANSYS Workbench为平台,建立相应的力学模型、几何模型和有限元模型,进行静力学有限元分析运算,计算出两个极限受力情况下机架的位移、应力和应变。计算结果表明,机架刚度和强度在合理范围内,可以保证机具正常工作。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand mechanical characteristics of the frame of 4SZ-1 wild jujube harvester on working and ensure stable work and operation quality in its life cycle,finite element analysis of machine frame was carried out.Based on the ANSYS Workbench,corresponding mathematical model,mechanical model and finite element model were established for statics finite element analysis.Through the analysis,displacement,stress and strain of frame under two conditions of force limit were calculated.Calculation results showed that frame stiffness and strength were within a reasonable range,which could ensure normal operation of the machine.
