基于TRIZ理论的鸭嘴式移栽末端执行器结构设计

Structure Design of Duck Mouth Transplanting End Actuator Based on TRIZ Theory

  • 摘要: 针对穴盘苗移栽末端执行器损伤钵苗、结构复杂等问题,运用TRIZ创新理论建立移栽末端执行器的功能模型图,确定技术系统应该改善的特性及被恶化的特性,查找阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵表,得到所推荐的创新发明原理,选取最理想的解决方案,设计了一种不伤钵苗、有补水通道的鸭嘴形移栽末端执行器。实践证明,运用TRIZ理论设计农业机械可大幅度提高创新产品的质量和缩短研发周期。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems such as damage of potted seedling and complex structure of transplanting end actuator,function model of transplanting end actuator was established by using TRIZ innovation theory,technical contradiction was expounded,principle of invention was determined according to contradiction matrix,the most suitable solution to solve technical contradiction was determined,and a duck beak transplanting end actuator with simple structure and water supply was designed.Results showed that TRIZ theory could greatly improve quality of innovative products and shorten research and development cycle.
