Abstract: By investigating production situation of 75 new-type agricultural management organizations in Shandong province，production status and existing problems of Shandong wheat and corn planting specifications，various links operating methods，and mechanical equipment under large-scale production conditions were analyzed.A mechanized planting mode of wheat and corn suitable for large-scale production was put forward，and technical requirements for each link operation were also put forward.
