固定式全自动智能控制橡胶割胶机设计

Design of Fixed Automatic Intelligent Control Rubber Tapping Machine

  • 摘要: 为解决传统割胶人工劳动强度大、工作环境差和割胶效率低等问题,利用软件SolidWorks设计建模分析,设计了由电机驱动的具有智能控制的橡胶割胶机,割刀座架按照设计的智能电控程序实现预定的螺旋线工作轨迹,通过距离传感器反馈的数据,实现割刀进给量调节,方便割刀获取适宜的割皮深度。通过田间试验,分析数据,不断完善割胶机设计,为橡胶工业化生产获得胶乳提供人员劳动强度低、性能稳定可靠和经济实用的割胶设备。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve traditional tapping artificial labor intensity,bad working environment and low tapping efficiency,using modeling software SolidWorks design analysis,rubber tapping machine driven by a motor was designed with intelligent control.According to intelligent electric control program cutting knife mounts could achieve a predetermined work spiral trajectory.By distance sensor feedback data,cutter feeding convenient adjustment and suitable fur depth were realized.Through field test and data analysis,the rubber cutting machine was constantly improved to provide personnel with low labor intensity,stable and reliable performance,economical and practical cutting equipment for rubber latex obtained from rubber industrial production.
