United Optimal Dispatching Control of Photovoltaic and Multi-energy Storage for Facility Agriculture

  • 摘要: 目前,设施农业负荷增长迅速,已经成为光伏等可再生能源消纳的重要支撑力量,但是缺乏针对设施农业系统的调度控制方法,无法有效实现光伏等可再生能源的就地消纳,使得光伏大量倒送农村配电网,影响配电网的安全稳定运行。针对上述问题,构建设施农业系统协调优化调度模型,考虑光伏出力特性、分时电价及多形态低成本储能响应特性。算例结果表明,该系统可以最大化实现光伏就地消纳,减少光伏倒送对配电网的影响,实现设施农业系统经济运行。

     

    Abstract: At present,facility agricultural loads are growing rapidly and have become an important support force for consumption of renewable energy such as photovoltaic in place.However,the dispatching control method of facility agricultural system is insufficient.The consumption of renewable energy such as photovoltaic in place cannot be achieved effectively.A large number of photovoltaic energy is made back to rural distribution network,affecting the safe and stable operation of rural distribution network.For these questions,the coordination optimal dispatching model of facility agricultural system was established.Characteristics of photovoltaic output,low-cost multi-energy storage response and time-of-use electricity price were considered.Results showed that facility agricultural system could realize the maximized consumption of photovoltaic in place,reduce the impact of photovoltaic reverse transmission on distribution network and realize economic operation of facility agricultural system.
