Abstract: Sericulture industry is dominant characteristic industry in W County，but traditional mode of decentralized management of farmers is not conducive to sustainable development of sericulture industry.Based on benefit analysis of“reverse rent through inverse contract”mode of A group in W county，existing problems were pointed out，and corresponding development suggestions were put forward，aiming to provide reference for promoting healthy development of sericulture industry.
