Design and Test of CMQ-300 Residual Membrane Removal Machine

  • 摘要: 为解决我国残膜回收设备能耗高、效率低和作业单一等问题,设计了多功能残膜清除机。通过研究配套动力、卷弯耙齿排列方式、悬挂参数,以及起膜铲防过载安全保护装置等设计方案,确定该机最优试制工艺方案和参数组合。为验证设备性能,进行田间试验,结果表明,残膜清除机可通过一次作业实现松土起膜、搂膜、集膜和卸膜等工序,作业效率2.33 hm2/h,不打乱土层,拾净率达80%以上。调整工作部件即可实现播前苗床整地,作业后土壤细碎平整。该残膜清除机具备脱膜率高、功能多样化、生产成本低和作业效率高等特点,是一种新型农机装备。

     

    Abstract: To solve problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and single operation of traditional residual membrane recovery equipment,a multifunctional residual membrane removal machine was designed.The optimal design scheme and parameter of the machine were determined by studying design scheme of matching power selection,arrangement of curling rake teeth,suspension parameters,and overload protection device.In order to verify performance of the equipment,field experiments were carried out.Results showed that residual membrane removal machine could loosen,hold,collect and unload membrane in one operation,with an operation efficiency of 2.33 hm2/h and picking-up at 80% removing rate,without disturbing soil layer.It is easy to implement the work of seedbed ploughing before sowing,and soil fine crushing and leveling after operation by replacing individual parts.Residual membrane remover has characteristics of high removing rate,diversified functions,low production cost and high operation efficiency.
