乡村振兴战略背景下农旅耦合度评价指标体系构建与评估——以商洛市为例

Construction and Evaluation of Agricultural Tourism Coupling Evaluation Index System under Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy：Taking Shangluo City as an Example

摘要: 以乡村振兴战略为背景，商洛市农旅耦合度为研究对象，基于相关农旅理论构建农旅耦合度评价指标体系。通过收集2013—2018年商洛市农旅相关指标并测算分析，研究发现，商洛市农旅耦合度发展水平仍处于较低水平的起步阶段，农旅耦合协调度也一直处于失调状态。针对目前存在的问题，提出相应的对策，即加强基础设施建设，健全完善管理体制，提升农旅产业融合度，实现农业和旅游业双向对接和共赢。

Abstract: Taking rural revitalization strategy as background，Shangluo city′s agricultural tourism coupling degree as research object，based on relevant agricultural tourism theory，evaluation index system of agricultural tourism coupling degree was constructed.Through collection of relevant indicators of Shangluo city from 2013 to 2018 and calculation and analysis，it was found that development level of agricultural tourism coupling degree of Shangluo city was still in initial stage of a low level，and coupling coordination degree of agriculture and tourism had always been in a state of imbalance.In view of existing problems，corresponding countermeasures were put forward，that was，to strengthen infrastructure construction，improve management system，enhance integration of agriculture and tourism industry，and realize two-way docking and win-win situation of agriculture and tourism.
