Abstract: Engineering education certification is an internationally accepted quality assurance system for engineering education and a qualification evaluation oriented by training objectives and graduation exit requirements.Construction of core courses of agricultural machinery major in colleges and universities should also be reformed according to requirements of professional certification of engineering education，so as to cultivate graduates who meet established quality standards recognized by industry.A new teaching mode of agricultural machinery major based on professional certification of engineering education were explored by taking Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission course as an example.Reform of course target，teaching content，teaching method and experimental teaching were expounded.New teaching mode could better cultivate students′ basic scientific literacy and professional technical level，improve teachers′ teaching level and promote overall improvement of training quality of engineering innovative talents.
