面向微型蛋禽养殖产业的蛋类称量分拣系统设计

Design of Egg Weighing and Sorting System for Micro Egg Poultry Breeding Industry

  • 摘要: 设计了面向微型蛋禽养殖产业的蛋类称量分拣系统,其是以单片机控制为核心,以6个曲面托盘为质量承载面,通过按键模块设定称量的质量等级,利用6个双孔悬臂平行梁应变式称量传感器测量对应曲面托盘中的蛋类质量,并通过液晶显示器显示各个曲面托盘称量的质量和所处等级。采用曲面托盘更利于蛋类的放置,该系统体积小巧,使用简单,相对于一人一秤的分蛋模式,分蛋效率大大提高,而对于大型流水线分蛋模式,其使用成本大幅度降低,灵活性比较高,适用于微型蛋禽养殖产业中的蛋类快速称量分拣。

     

    Abstract: An egg weighing and sorting system for micro egg poultry breeding industry was designed.The system based on single chip microcomputer as core and six curved pallets as the mass bearing surface,by key module set weighing weight level,using parallel hole 6 double cantilever beam measuring strain sensors corresponding to curved surface in the tray.The weight and grade of each curved surface tray were displayed by LCD.The system was compact and easy to use.Compared with egg distribution mode of one person and one scale,efficiency of egg separation was greatly improved.For the large-scale assembly line egg separation mode,the cost was greatly reduced and flexibility was relatively high,which was suitable for egg rapid weighing and sorting in the micro egg poultry breeding industry.
