Abstract: Agricultural construction environment and energy engineering is a typical agricultural engineering major with interdisciplinary characteristics，in order to promote double first-class construction and new engineering construction，to explore new training mode of agriculture-forestry outstanding talents and excellent engineer，China Agricultural University jointly with the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering under support of Agricultural Engineering Instruction Committee member of high education of Chinese Ministry of Education，led the national college students agricultural construction environment and energy engineering related majors innovation and entrepreneurship competition.The organization mechanism was innovated in terms of organization mode，subject，activity，cultural construction and others.It provided high quality platform for agricultural engineering discipline construction，practical education and teaching，as well as innovative talent training.
