Abstract: Mechanized production status of vegetable potato in Shandong province was discussed.Some problems of mechanized production were pointed out from planting scale，pattern and planting equipment.In order to solve these problems，according to characteristics of potato planting，combined with existing mechanized production equipment and actual situation of production，based on experience of many demonstrations，a set of reasonable solution of potato mechanization production was put forward.This solution covered some key technical points and corresponding usage of supporting equipment.This program was of great significance to enlarge potato planting scale and promote healthy and sustainable development of potato industry in Shandong province.
