Abstract:
At present,food information data is facing problems of poor reliability,wide sources,and difficult identification.It urgently needs support of information technology.Through comparative analysis of three development frameworks,food traceability system was explored by using FISCO BCOS.RFID was used to achieve effective information traceability.Blockchain technology was used to ensure security of information and data in each link.Internet of Things technology was used to achieve source intelligent management of data.Software framework and multi-source data storage mode of“chain up+chain down”were designed,which showed traceability query of“client+mobile terminal”,realized reconstruction of traceability system of food supply chain and improved efficiency of food traceability.
