谷子精量播种施肥铺膜机创新设计及实际应用

Innovative Design and Practical Application of Precision Sowing,Fertilizing and Film Spreading Machine for Millet

  • 摘要: 针对谷子精量播种施肥机组的研发,创新设计了5个关键零部件。一是同轴变速器采用齿轮替代链条进行变速,简化地轮传动与播种装置之间的变速结构,避免链条断裂及脱落。二是连接架上分别安装连接座,使覆土杆位置可调,覆土可精确控制。三是舀种盘和储种盘之间设置开口隔板盘,可控制种盘逐次取种量。四是地轮设置覆土孔,使土壤通过覆土孔落入种穴内,保证每个种穴土量保持相同。五是播种盘可调节链条张紧度,精准调节播种量,节约种子,降低成本。该机组可解决农户在谷子生产过程中,对间苗投入较多劳动力的问题,实现谷子免间苗及关键生产环节丰产节本的最大效应。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at research and development of millet precision seeding and fertilizing machine,five key parts were designed.Firstly,coaxial transmission used gears instead of chains to change speed.Speed changing structure between ground wheel drive and seeding device was simplified.Chain breaking and falling was avoided.Secondly,connecting frame was respectively installed with connecting seats,so that position of earth covering rod could be adjusted and covering soil could be accurately controlled.Thirdly,an open clapboard plate was set between scooping tray and storage tray,which could control amount of seed taken by tray step by step.Fourthly,ground wheel had set up covering hole to make soil fall into seed hole through covering hole,so as to ensure that amount of soil in each hole was the same.Fifthly,sowing plate could adjust chain drive tightness,accurately adjust sowing amount,save seeds and reduce cost.This machine solved problem that farmers needed more labor force to thinning seedlings in process of millet production,and realized maximum effect of millet free thinning and high yield and cost saving in key production links.
