Application of GIS Technology in Rural Drinking Water Safety Project Evaluation System

  • 摘要: 针对面广量大的农村饮水安全工程,如何提高工程管理效率是运行管理中的主要问题。目前,水利信息化已成为发展方向。通过建立农村饮水安全工程数据库,结合工程空间分布特点,引入GIS技术,应用对象编程方法,建立了基于空间管理的农村饮水安全工程评价系统。利用模糊综合评价模型对工程评价,首次实现了工程评价与GIS的结合,方便了农村饮水安全工程运行、管理。应用实践显示,系统操作性强,评价结论可信,可推广到其他市县工程管理中。

     

    Abstract: Rural drinking water safety project is a very larger project.How to improve efficiency of project management is main problem in operation and management of rural drinking water safety project.At present,water conservancy informatization has become development direction.Through establishment of rural drinking water safety engineering database,combined with characteristics of engineering spatial distribution,introduction of GIS technology,and application of object programming method,assessment system for rural drinking water safety project was developed.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate project,combination of project evaluation and GIS was realized for the first time,which facilitated operation and management of rural drinking water safety project.Application practice showed that the system has strong operability and reliable evaluation conclusion,which could be extended to other cities and counties in project management.
