Design and Application of Mobile Artificial Light Stereoscopic Planting Device for Strawberry

  • 摘要: 草莓立体种植是一种高效、节能和无污染的规范化生产模式。为有效提高草莓种植空间利用率和更好实现草莓生长环节中的光照控制,设计了一种移动式草莓人工光立体种植装置。装置总体结构由铝合金栽培架、行走底座和链轮架等组成。基于总体设计方案,对装置的关键部件进行了详细结构设计、参数计算和校核。开展种植试验,试验结果表明,光照设计、给排水设计均能满足草莓生长要求,设计的装置平移方式可有效提高空间利用率和单位面积产量,装置运行稳定,草莓长势良好。

     

    Abstract: Strawberry stereoscopic cultivation is a highly efficient,energy-saving and pollution-free standardized production mode.In order to effectively improve utilization rate of strawberry planting space and better realize light control during strawberry growth process,a mobile strawberry artificial light stereoscopic planting device was designed.Mobile strawberry artificial light stereoscopic planting device was composed of aluminum alloy cultivation frame,walking base and sprocket carrier etc.Based on overall design scheme,detailed structural design,parameter calculation and check of key components were conducted.Planting experiment was carried out,and experiment results showed that light design,water supply and drainage design both could meet requirements of strawberry growth, translation mode could effectively improve space utilization rate and yield per unit area,device operated stably and strawberry grew well.
