基于二维相关的土壤养分元素激光诱导击穿光谱分析

Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy Analysis of Soil Nutrient Elements Based on Two-dimensional Correlation Method

  • 摘要: 土壤养分元素在激光诱导击穿光谱上的谱峰多,为了探索适宜检测分析的氮、磷、钾养分元素谱峰,采集土壤样本188~981 nm范围内的激光诱导击穿光谱开展二维相关分析。利用同步谱自动峰解析特征波长敏感性,通过同步谱和异步谱交叉峰解析特征波长间关系,结合能级比较特征波长激发难易。研究表明:498.174、499.101、499.948和500.717 nm谱线适用于氮元素分析;253.323、253.649 nm谱线适用于磷元素分析;766.414、769.970 nm谱线适用于钾元素分析。优选的谱线可为改善激光诱导击穿光谱检测土壤养分效果提供理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: There are many spectral peaks of soil nutrient elements in laser-induced breakdown spectra.In order to explore nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium nutrient element peaks for model analysis,laser-induced breakdown spectra of soil samples in the range of 188-981 nm were collected,and analyzed by two-dimensional correlation method.Sensitivity of characteristic wavelengths were analyzed by auto-peaks of synchronous spectra,relationship between characteristic wavelengths were analyzed by cross-peaks of synchronous and asynchronous spectra,and excitation difficulty was compared by energy level.Results showed that:498.174,499.101,499.948 and 500.717 nm spectral lines were suitable for nitrogen element analysis;253.323 and 253.649 nm spectral lines were suitable for phosphorus element analysis;766.414 and 769.970 nm spectral lines were suitable for potassium element analysis.The preferred spectral lines could provide theoretical support for soil nutrients detection by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy.
