“云课堂”APP应用于《果蔬贮藏与加工技术》课程教学实践

Application of“Cloud Classroom”APP in Teaching Practice of“Storage and Processing Technology of Fruits and Vegetables”

  • 摘要: 整合“智慧职教”平台的数字化共享教学资源和自有资源,结合《果蔬贮藏与加工技术》课程特点及学生特点,对课程教学内容、教学策略、教学过程和教学评价进行改革。教师在“职教云”中构建个性化的在线教学环境,学生通过“云课堂”APP展开线上线下相结合的学习,有效提升了教师的教学能力及学生的学习兴趣,获得较好的教学实践效果。

     

    Abstract: Integrating digital shared teaching resources on“Smart Vocational Education”platform and own resources,and combining characteristics of course and students,teaching content,teaching strategy,teaching process and teaching evaluation of“Storage and Processing Technology of Fruits and Vegetables”course were reformed.Personalized online teaching environment was built by teachers in“Vocational Education Cloud”,and“Cloud Classroom”APP was used by students to start online and offline learning.Teaching practice showed that it has effectively improved teachers' teaching ability and students' interest in learning,and a better teaching practice effect has been obtained.
