3种自走式花生捡拾收获机作业质量对比及发展建议

Operation Quality Comparison and Development Suggestions of Three Kinds of Self-propelled Peanut Picking up Harvesters

  • 摘要: 随着花生种植面积不断扩大,自走式花生捡拾收获机开始普及应用。选用南阳市常用的3种自走式花生捡拾收获机进行田间作业检测,结果表明,该类机型各项作业性能不断提升,但集果箱花生果含杂率仍有超标准的现象。分析存在问题的原因,提出了加强机手培训、适期收获、农机农艺融合和提升机具质量等优化作业效果的建议。

     

    Abstract: With continuous expansion of peanut planting area,self propelled peanut picking up harvester began to be widely used.Three kinds of self-propelled peanut picking up harvesters commonly used in Nanyang City were selected for field operation detection.Results showed that performance of this type of machine was improved,but impurity content of peanut in collecting box was still over standard.Reason for the problem was analyzed and some suggestions were put forward to optimize operation effect,such as strengthening manipulator training,harvesting in the right time,integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy,and improving quality of machines.
