基于OBE理念的《食品工程原理》课程混合式教学模式研究与实践

Study and Application on Blended-Teaching in the Course of “Food Engineering Principle”Based on OBE

  • 摘要: 《食品工程原理》作为培养食品科学与工程专业高级复合应用型工程技术人才的一门专业核心基础课,在当前互联网普及时代并在教育领域广泛渗透的形势下,教师如何引导学生主动思维、有效利用网络优势,将教师的一言堂变为以学生为主体的互动性课堂,这是亟待教师去思索、去完成的。以课程章节中传热内容为例,借助于思维导图形式阐述《食品工程原理》课程混合式教学模式改革研究与实践过程,表明基于OBE理念的教学模式对大力提升教学效果,以及提高学生的创新能力、自主学习能力和获得感方面具有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: “Food Engineering Principles” is the discipline basic course of food engineering as cultivating cross-disciplinary and practical personnel who will serve the field of food science and engineering.It becomes important for teachers how to guide students to actively think,effectively use network advantage in current situation of internet popularization and widely applying in the field of education,as well as how to guide an interactive class.The chapter of heat transfer was taken as an example to state the blended-learning teaching mode based on concept of OBE during teaching process with Launch-Mind method.It showed that blended-learning teaching mode was effective to enhance teaching effect and improve students' innovation ability,independent ability and acquisition of learning.
