基于“互联网+”的《食品微生物检验技术》课程教学改革

Curriculum Reform of“Food Microbiological Inspection Technology”Based on“Internet Plus”

  • 摘要: 通过分析学生学情及课程情况,立足微生物检验岗位需求,制订《食品微生物检验技术》课程目标,设计改革思路、教学模式和教学内容等,充分运用“互联网+教育”的信息化教学手段,优化教学模式、教学内容和教学评价体系,对课程进行改革创新。结果表明,基于“互联网+”的课程改革能够提升学生的学习主动性,增进学生对课程的理解及实践技能的掌握,提升整体教学质量,对学生未来职业发展具有积极作用。

     

    Abstract: Through analysis of students' learning situation and course situation,based on requirements of microbiological inspection positions,course objective of“Food Microbiological Inspection Technology”was formulated,reform ideas,teaching mode and teaching contents were designed.Internet plus education information teaching method was made full use,teaching mode,teaching content and teaching evaluation system were optimized,and curriculum was reformed and innovated.Practice showed that curriculum reform based on“Internet plus”had positive effect of enhancing students' learning initiative,enhancing students' understanding of curriculum and practical skills,improving overall teaching quality and future occupation development of students.
