Abstract: Through analysis of students' learning situation and course situation，based on requirements of microbiological inspection positions，course objective of“Food Microbiological Inspection Technology”was formulated，reform ideas，teaching mode and teaching contents were designed.Internet plus education information teaching method was made full use，teaching mode，teaching content and teaching evaluation system were optimized，and curriculum was reformed and innovated.Practice showed that curriculum reform based on“Internet plus”had positive effect of enhancing students' learning initiative，enhancing students' understanding of curriculum and practical skills，improving overall teaching quality and future occupation development of students.
