Abstract: Clean area seeder under full amount of straw and root stubble cropland is a new type of compound working machine with function of straw-crushing，horizontal-level straw conveying，crossover displacing，throwing，and soil-covering，which could solve three technology problems of straw clogging，ungrounded sowing，and uncovering sowing.As new equipment with the latest technology，there are no suitable relevant technical standards of manufacturing and testing equipment in China and other countries at present.It's urgent to draft some relevant standards so that relevant technologies can be better promoted and applied.The formulation of group standards of “clean area seeder under full amount of straw and root stubble cropland”provides a basis when production and testing for manufacturers and testing departments，and support further research and optimization of the full amount of straw and root stubble cropland as well.
