基于MCGS的升降台控制系统设计

Design of Lifting Platform Control System Based on MCGS

  • 摘要: 针对升降台存在难以精准控制的问题,提出基于MCGS的升降台控制系统设计方案,主要利用PLC控制器控制步进电机带动升降台运动,升降距离由红外测距传感器测量确定,并设计升降台控制系统的主界面和运动参数设置界面,动画显示升降台系统运动过程,实现了实时监控和精准控制功能。升降台控制研究为运动实时控制系统提供了设计基础,可为农业机械用升降台设计提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problem of low accuracy of lifting platform control system,design scheme of lifting platform control system was researched based on MCGS.PLC was used to control stepping motor,which could drive lifting platform to move up or down,and lifting distance measurement was determined by infrared distance sensor,main interface and motion parameter setting interface of lifting platform control system were designed to display motion process of lifting platform system,and real time monitoring and precise control were realized.Research of lifting platform control would provide design basis for motion experiment control system and provide new idea for lifting platform design of agricultural machinery.
