Abstract: New development pattern of“dual circle”is a great opportunity to promote agricultural modernization，and it is the fundamental way for China's small-scale peasant economy to move toward modernization.As the most basic trade market in China，agricultural products market has a great potential to promote development of domestic demand in China，and it has played an important role in it.According to preliminary survey in Yicheng City，Hubei Province，there was still a long way to promote development of agricultural products e-commerce.Based on analysis of existing literature，traditional agricultural products e-commerce policy was sorted out and studied.Problems of incomplete，implementation in the policy were analyzed.it was put forward to optimize agricultural products e-commerce policies through policy tools from three dimensions：supply，environment and demand.
