Abstract: During the 13th Five Year Plan period，in response to the national policy of“environmental protection and green development”，combined with policy requirements of banning straw burning and developing ecological agriculture in Beijing，a new comprehensive management mode of block agricultural and forestry waste mechanization was put forward according to current situation of agricultural development in Daxing District.A new efficient way to solve harmless utilization of agro-forestry wastes through mechanical technology was explored，a new way to mechanically treat agro-forestry wastes was carried out.The comprehensive utilization rate of straw reached over 98%，the goal of“improvement of agricultural efficiency，clean of rural areas and benefit of farmers”was achieved at the end of 13th Five-Year Plan period.These achievements provided theoretical support for further improvement of utilization of agro-forestry wastes，and provided many experiences for workers of agriculture，rural areas and farmers.
