Abstract: According to demand characteristics of new agricultural operators under rural revitalization strategy，problems existing in traditional agricultural meteorological service were analyzed.The combination points of meteorological service and demand of new agricultural operators were discussed.Ideas of promoting intelligent meteorological service for agriculture were proposed，such as building brand of agricultural meteorological service，carrying out direct service，exploring multi-party cooperation mode.According to concept of smart weather serving agriculture，based on needs of new agricultural operators，whole process smart service technology solution for agriculture was proposed.Technology solution could promote overall improvement of ability of weather serving agriculture and promote rapid development of new agricultural business entities under rural revitalization strategy.
