Design of Pneumatic Hole Seed Metering Device for Precision Direct Seeding Component of Leafy Vegetables

  • 摘要: 针对叶菜类种子粒径小、播量大、形状不规则,传统排种器难以实现精密播种的现状,设计一种叶菜精密播种的关键部件气力式排种器。排种器采用正负气压组合式排种原理,可简化播种机排种器结构与数量,提高排种器工作效率与工作质量。性能测试结果表明,在吸嘴吸种时间为1.0 s、气吹吸嘴时间为0.3 s、气针清嘴时间为0.3 s时,生产率、重播率及空穴率综合性能最优,分别为12 800穴/h、3.98%、3.95%。

     

    Abstract: In view of current situation that traditional seed metering device is difficult to achieve precision sowing due to small particle size,large sowing amount and irregular shape of leafy vegetable seeds,a kind of pneumatic hole seed metering device for precision direct seeding component of leafy vegetables was designed.The seed metering device adopted combined seed metering principle of positive and negative air pressure,which could simplify structure and quantity of seed metering device of planter,and improve working efficiency and quality of seed metering device.Performance test results showed that when suction nozzle suction time was 1.0 s,air blowing suction nozzle time was 0.3 s and air needle cleaning time was 0.3 s,comprehensive performance of productivity,replay rate and hole rate were the best,which were 12 800 holes per hour,3.98% and 3.95% respectively.
