摘要: 以食品类专业的《化学基础与分析技术》课程为例,介绍了基于“云课堂”与BOPPPS教学模式开展线上线下混合式教学的实践,对比传统教学与教学改革的实践效果,为信息时代的教学改革提供可参考的途径。Abstract: Taking course of Chemical Fundamentals and Analytical Techniques of food specialty as an example,practice of online and offline mixed teaching based on“cloud classroom”and BOPPPS teaching mode was introduced,practical effects of traditional teaching and teaching reform were compared.It provides a reference way for teaching reform in information age.
