Abstract: Cultivation of professional skills is the focus of cultivation of professional talents in vocational colleges.Cultivation of skilled personnel of agricultural product quality and safety inspection should be guided by talent demand and working process of typical posts of agricultural product quality and safety inspection，clarify objectives and requirements of quality inspection personnel skills training，clarify content of professional skills training，establish a scientific and reasonable assessment and evaluation system，and adopt training mode and effective training methods suitable for professional personnel training，so as to build a complete set of quality inspection personnel skills training system.Only in this way，cultivation of students′ professional core skills could be strengthened，quality of professional skills training could be effectively improved，and needs of industry and enterprises for agricultural product quality inspection talents could be better met.
