Abstract: Construction of modern agricultural industry chain has become an important content of high quality agricultural development.It has changed from competition between products to competition between industrial chains in modern agricultural competition.Xi'an needs to vigorously promote model development of modern agricultural industrial chain，so as to enhance agricultural competitiveness，enhance agricultural modernization level，and promote realization of the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization.Starting from development status of modern agricultural industry in Xi'an，main difficulties existing in model development of modern agricultural industrial chain in Xi'an were analyzed，and countermeasures of modern agricultural industrial chain model in Xi'an were explored.
