RS、GIS在耕地后备遥感监测中的应用——以安徽省淮北市相山区为例

Application of RS and GIS in Cultivated Land Reserve Remote Sensing Monitoring:Taking Xiangshan District,Huaibei City,Anhui Province as an Example

  • 摘要: 自开展第2次土地调查以来,土地利用动态遥感监测作为全国土地变更调查的一项重要组成部分,辅助地方开展各类变更调查、保护耕地红线等工作,为国土资源综合监管平台提供基础资料。以安徽省淮北市相山区为例,介绍了利用ERDAS软件制作正射影像图(DOM)的流程。结合RS与GIS技术方法,通过目视解译和计算机自动处理方式开展耕地后备信息提取。

     

    Abstract: Since the second land survey,land use dynamic remote sensing monitoring,as an important part of the national land change survey,has assisted local governments to carry out all kinds of change surveys and protect red line of cultivated land,providing basic information for comprehensive supervision platform of land and resources.Taking Xiangshan District of Huaibei City as an example,process of making orthophoto map(DOM)with ERDAS software was introduced.Combined with RS and GIS technology,cultivated land backup information extraction was carried out through visual interpretation and computer automatic processing.
