固定化复合微生物菌剂对农村河道黑臭水体的净化试验

Purification of Black and Odorous Water in Rural River by Immobilized Compound Microbial Inoculant

  • 摘要: 随着农村经济的发展,农村周围河道的污染也时有发生。为了净化农村周围黑臭水体,研究了将筛选到的微生物菌剂经复合固定化后进行水体净化的可行性。研究结果显示,将筛选到的菌株使用汽爆玉米秸秆粉进行固定化后使用,具有更佳的水体净化能力。玉米秸秆粉固定化土著复合微生物菌剂同时作为外加碳源来强化氨氮的去除。在添加量为1∶50的条件下,固定化复合微生物菌剂可以重复使用3次(15 d)以上。对于实验黑臭水体,化学需氧量、氨氮和总磷的去除率可以达到90.85%、92.64%和90.23%。

     

    Abstract: With development of rural economy,pollution of rivers around rural areas also occurs.In order to purify black and odorous water around rural areas,feasibility of water purification by immobilized compound microbial inoculant(ICMI)was studied.Results showed that selected strains were immobilized with steam exploded corn straw powder,which had better water purification ability.At the same time,the steam-exploded corn straw powder was used as an additional carbon source to enhance removal of ammonia nitrogen.Under the condition of 1∶50,the ICMI could be reused for more than 3 times(15 days).For black and odorous water,the removal ratios of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus could reach 90.85%,92.64% and 90.23%.
