Abstract: To promote well-being of Ankang selenium-rich tea industry to the good development momentum and promote its industrial scale，standardization，starting from influence factors of tea quality，production status of Ankang selenium-rich tea industry was deeply studied，and bottleneck problems hindering development of industry were found out.Industrial development trend was combed by using SWOT analysis matrix，and strategic objectives and targeted development countermeasures were formulated.It could provide suggestions for development of selenium-rich tea industry in Ankang.
