基于PLC控制技术的农村污水处理厂提标改造方案设计

Design of Systematic Reconstruction of Countryside Sewage Treatment Plants Based on PLC Control Technology

  • 摘要: 针对农村污水处理厂工艺性能差、脱水效率低、控制系统自动化程度弱及污水处理后出水水质不符合当前指标要求等问题,基于污水处理过程,系统化改造并设计了污水处理的提标工艺方案、污泥处理设备及污水处理智能控制系统。为了提高出水标准,在调研分析污水处理现状的基础上,改造原一体化氧化沟为多段AO+MBBR处理工艺。为了提高污泥脱水率,在原板框式压滤机的基础上,改造成隔膜板框式压滤机。为了实现污水处理系统的自动控制,改造了原自控系统并设计出基于PLC控制技术的自控系统原理图。设计的污水处理提标改造方案与传统处理方法相比较,提高了处理质量与效率,提升了处理技术与标准。

     

    Abstract: Countryside sewage treatment plants has a lot of problems,such as poor process performance,low dehydration efficiency and weak control system automation.Moreover,effluent quality after waste-water treatment does not meet requirements of current index.In order to solve these problems,based on sewage treatment process,standard raising process scheme of sewage treatment,sludge treatment equipment and intelligent control system of sewage treatment were systematically transformed and designed.To improve effluent standard,original integrated oxidation ditch was transformed into a multistage AO+MBBR treatment process on basis of investigation which was based on analysis of status quo of waste-water treatment.To improve sludge dehydration rate,it was transformed into a diaphragm plate and frame filter press based on original plate and frame filter press.To realize automatic control of waste-water treatment system,original automatic control system was transformed and schematic diagram of automatic control system based on PLC control technology was designed.Compared with traditional waste-water treatment methods,waste-water treatment upgrading project designed improved quality and efficiency of waste-water treatment.Treatment technology and standard were also improved.
