Abstract: Ensuring food quality and safety is an important responsibility of food production enterprises.Functions of quality and safety management department in food enterprises and measures for food quality and safety management were introduced.Under supervision and guidance of government and society，food enterprises should systematically design food quality and safety management process，control people，machines，materials，methods and environment in each link and do good job in food quality and safety management in the operation of enterprises so as to ensure food safety of consumers.
