Abstract: Confirmation，registration and certification of rural land contractual management right is a basic work to promote reform and development of agriculture and rural areas.Right confirmation and registration can effectively solve problems of inaccurate contracted land area，unclear spatial location，unclear four to where，imperfect register and so on，and protect legitimate rights and interests of farmers.Principle，technical route and work flow of confirmation，registration and certification of rural land contractual management right in the form of household contract were discussed.Problems and solutions in the process of confirming right were expounded.
